The spectrophotometer UV/Vis, with a bandwidth of 3 nm, has pre-programmed methods for nucleic acid quantification (DNA, RNA and oligonucleotides), nucleic acid and protein fluorescent dyes measurements, protein assays (BCA, Biuret, Bradford, Lowry), cell culture density measurements and Tm calculations.
